This policy explains how ShineTrack Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal information when you enquire about or book our cleaning services, or use this website. We provide home and commercial cleaning across London & Essex.

When you submit our quote form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and the details of the cleaning you ask about. Our website also records basic analytics and advertising measurement data (see Cookies below).
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out your clean, and keep in touch about your booking. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request and performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We only send marketing messages if you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.
This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising. These services may set cookies on your device. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted providers who help us operate — for example website hosting, booking and messaging tools — and where we are required to by law.
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to request a copy of it.
